OBJECTIVES :
After a successful completion of this course, the student should be able to :
...recognize the signs leading to a panic syndrome
...assess effectively a danger situation  and  take appropiate action(s) 
...properly carry out a surface  or  underwater rescue
...effectively manage available resources to perform a rescue
...follow right procedures to evacuate victims to proper medical facility
...administer field neurological exam  and  perform necessary first aid 
...understand benefits of Oxygen administration  and  become familiar with its equipment
...recognize signs  and  symptoms associated with diving illnesses
...communicate over marine radio critical data in a diving accident
...document all available information on steps that led to,  resulted in, 
   or  were taken as a consequence of,  the accident
